3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Depaz Cane Syrup
1/2 oz. Agave Ginger Honey
3/4 oz. fresh apple cider
1 1/2 oz. Depaz Blue Cane Amber Rhum
Method: Mix these ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the contents into a tall high-ball glass that contains fresh ice.
Top with a splash of ginger beer.
Garnish with a thin slice of apple.
