3 mint leaves
1 ounce peach puree
2 ounces Citron
Sweet Prosecco or equal parts dry sparkling wine and Sprite
sprig of mint leaves
Muddle raspberries and mint leaves with peach puree; add Citron and shake.
Served on the rocks in a 16-ounce hurricane glass topped with Prosecco, or sparkling white wine and Sprite. Garnish with mint leaves.
