Fort Myers office/warehouse sold

Gyfo Investments LLC purchased a 7,020-square-foot office/warehouse building on 1.2 acres at 6260 Metro Plantation Road, Fort Myers, for $490,000 from Suroco Investments-Southwest LLC. Jim Boback, CCIM, of Boback Commercial Group, negotiated the transaction.

Diamond Drywall and Glass, LLC sold a 4,400-square-foot industrial office warehouse building at 11840 Lacy Lane, Fort Myers, for $228,000 to Lacy Lane LLC. The transaction was brokered by James B. McMenamy of RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division.

Yvette Camargo, Arturo Haran and Peggy Haran purchased a 26.7-acre property at 20311 Huffmaster Road, North Fort Myers, for $170,000 from PAB Residential Holdings LLC. Randy Thibaut and Michael Price of Land Solutions represented the seller.

DotCom Equipment and Auto, LLC leased 7,500 square feet of warehouse space at 7883 Drew Circle, Fort Myers, from PR Alico LLC. Chase Mayhugh, CCIM, of Mayhugh Realty Inc., handled the transaction.

E&D Paint Shop and Millwork Sale Inc leased 1,850 square feet of industrial space at 216 Waldo Ave. N., unit 6, in Lehigh Acres, from Lehigh Industrial Property LLC. Jim Boback, CCIM, and Theresa Blauch-Mitchell, CCIM, both of Boback Commercial Group, negotiated the transaction.

General Nutrition Corp. dba GNC leased 1,437 square feet of retail space from PRU Hammock Cove LLC at 4408 Thomasson Drive, Unit 4830, Naples. Patrick Fraley of Investment Properties Corp. negotiated this transaction.
