11/2 ounce Ketel One Citron vodka
1/2 ounce Cointreau triple sec
1 dash of lime juice
1 splash of cranberry juice
1 ounce Champagne or sparkling wine
Pour the first four ingredients into a cocktail mixer, shake, pour into martini glass and top it off with the Champagne or sparkling wine.
