Here’s a list of restaurants in Southwest Florida that provide some gluten-free and allergy-friendly options. It’s always a good idea to peruse menus online first when available and, when dining out, ask to speak to a manager to make sure the kitchen understands your particular allergy needs. Some kitchens have better food handling measures than others.
