    Adults with disabilities form friendships at Trailways

    Trailways Camp is a sleepover camp for adults with disabilities. Its supporters say it's the only one of its kind in the area. More than 100,000 adults in Lee and Collier counties live with some kind of physical or cognitive disability.

    The 21st annual National Letter Carrier Food Drive on May 11 collected 319,935 pounds of food in Lee County -- a 5 percent increase over last year, when Lee residents donated 304,487 pounds. Lee County residents also donated $232 in cash.
